About

I have worked with this outstanding biofeedback community since May 2016. I enjoy every conversation with our practitioners. When they call in for help, have questions, or need to talk, I hope to have the answers they are looking for. My goal is to make life just a little easier, with me in it. I try to convey feelings of love, kindness, and hope to everyone!

Away from work, I am a Navy mother of 2 and grandma to 3 beautiful boys. I have been a widow since 2018 when my husband passed suddenly. I spend half my time at home with my family and the other half with my fiance' John, and his family. We plan to marry one day and combine our families. This life has been a roller coaster but I enjoy the ride!
