Once you've completed your training and passed the quizzes you'll earn your Stress Management Recertification Diploma which you can submit to BANHS.org along with your Certificate Renewal application and fee. Training Modules: Compliance and Consent (30 mins) Seriously Smart Session (8 hours 27 mins) This course consists of instructional videos plus multiple printable handouts & quizzes. All content is accessed online through your account on the SST website. The course is self-paced so it may take shorter or longer depending on the individual. You must complete each step before the next step will open. There is no time limit. Take the time you need. Upon completion of the course, your certificate will come as a PDF file sent automatically via email. This course Does Not include BANHS.org Recertification fees. You will need to apply for recertification and pay the associated fees directly with BANHS.org. This course Does Not include any CEUs. If you were previously certified as a Certified Biofeedback Specialist, your new certification will convert to the current Stress Management Specialist designation.
