All services offered expire 1 year from date of purchase.

 

Any services not used/scheduled within 1 year of purchase are null and void. You are responsible for scheduling your own services with your coach. We suggest you schedule them right away so that you don't forget and end up losing out on the full value of this coaching package. You will NOT receive any reminders from SST as we not involved in the scheduling process. 

 

No Shows: Missed coaching sessions may not be rescheduled and will be considered as used. Please honor your coaches time and your own by showing up for your scheduled appointments.

 

Rescheduling: Rescheduling prior to your scheduled appointment may or may not be allowed per your coaches scheduling policy. Coaches will inform you of their own policies regarding rescheduling rules. Please reach out to them directly regarding rescheduling.
