Reinstallation

If your Fredy Zap should need to be reinstalled for any reason that is not included with your purchase. You will need to book a remote support appointment and pay our standard labor fees for the reinstallation. Fredy Zap can only be installed through a remote appointment. There is no do-it-yourself option.

Transfers

Transferring the Fredy Zap software to a new computer will require a remote tech support appointment. You will be charged current labor fees. This appointment will require us to be able to connect to the old computer to remove the software and then connect to the new computer to install the software. To book a transfer appointment click here. If we are unable to connect to the old computer to remove the software then you will be required to purchase a new license.
The Fredy Zap Macro only works in the Matrix and Short Sarcodes. Make sure no other panel in the main program is open. Make sure the Matrix or Short Sarcodes are the window/panel that is front/top on your screen. The Fredy Zap Macro works on what is displayed on the front/top of your screen/panel. This is why it's important only to have the Matrix or Short Sarcodes open.

If you change programs or start working with another program it will not work on the matrix, but will instead try to work on the new panel that is now forward/top, it'll try but it won't work. So always leave it in the Matrix or Short Sarcodes and stay there the entire time the Fredy Zap Macro is working. In other words, CLICK START AND TAKE YOUR HANDS OFF THE KEYBOARD AND MOUSE UNTIL IT IS DONE.

99% of the problems people experience when using Fredy Zap are due to not following this rule. So click start. Hands off.
There may be occasional updates to the Fredy Zap software. These may or may not incur an update fee. The software programmer will determine this. Any fee will be collected during the update appointment if an update fee is required.

Regardless of the update fee, You must book a remote support appointment and pay our standard labor fees if you wish to get the update. Fredy Zap can only be installed through a remote appointment. There is no do-it-yourself option.

Fredy Zap
The Fredy Zap is a great addition to use alongside the Clasp 64. It allows you to program a number of balancings to run sequentially, with ease, and by a few simple clicks. Having the Fredy Zap upgrade, which allows us to run via Sarcodes, is fantastic because it removes the continual clicking aspect
to achieve a balanced organ. The only downfall is that you cannot do anything until the program is completed so hopefully this may be looked at in the future. Well done Fredy.
