On a recent hiking trip up the mountains, I ended up tripping over a tree root and fell landing on my right knee. The pain was quite intense and swelling ensued. I put on the pain patch right where it hurt most and kept going. I found relief from pain and inflammation almost immediately. I continued to keep the patch on over the next 2 days and was able to continue with my hikes the next 2 days with no problems. I wouldn't have been able to do that without the patch. It was awesome!
