Follow all appropriate Manufacturers' instructions and all Federal and State regulations for the proper use of the device. The need for device repair is rare, however, any repairs to the physical device will need to be sent back to the original device manufacturer. You can contact us for instructions if the need should arise and we will assist you. The biofeedback software that runs the device is programmed by the manufacturer. They are solely responsible for all new programming and any fees associated with updating to new versions of the software.

Clasp64 is the operating software behind device.   With every new version, the software is improved to offer our practitioners the best means to help their clients manage their stress.

The Body Viewer is a guided imagery biofeedback program that contains a large database of 3D videos and images of the human body, organ systems, acupuncture points and meridians, sacred geometry, chakras and much more. This visual 3D program is designed to enhance the Biofeedback experience.

 

The Disease Dictionary is an informational program designed to offer support to anyone interested in educating themselves, as it offers an extensive volume of information regarding a list of medical conditions, as well as the options of working with the client through methods applied in Chinese Oriental Acupuncture, Biofeedback, Homeopathy, Behavioral Medicine, and Naturopathy.

 

The Iridology program offers the practitioner the chance to access all reports loaded from the main program without disturbing or interrupting the biofeedback session. It also contains a massive collection of data on the alternative medicine technique of Iridology.

There are several things that we need to do once you have purchased this system.  The entire process begins the day after your payment arrives.  The online access is set up for your training course and we encourage you to begin your online training before your shipment arrives.  

Your ownership information will be registered properly with the device and software manufacturer.  Your account information will be provided to you upon shipment as you will need access to download and activate your software.

 

We ship your system in approximately 8-10 weeks from the time your payment processing has been completed and a tracking number will be provided on the day of shipment. While the device is built in the United States, some components are imported. Importation and customs delays extend our fulfillment timetable so we estimate 8-10 weeks to account for any potential delays out of our control. We perform the registrations, computer assembly(if included), software installation, and activation and make sure that everything is completed and fully tested before we ship it.

Our Biofeedback software performs best on High Performance or Top Tier Performance computers.

Marketing tactics can be deceiving, select your computer based on Exact Specifications, not on Marketing Jargon.

 

 

For the proper operation of the CLASP64 software, we suggest the following computer specifications: Processor (CPU): Intel 13th Generation and newer Processors are recommended, AMD and Lower Performance Intel CPU's are not supported.

• Intel Core i5, Core i7, Core i9 13th or 14th Generation, (with H or HX in the part number)

• Intel Core 5, Core 7, or Core 9, 15th Generation

• Intel Core Ultra 5, Core Ultra 7, Core Ultra 9, 15th Generation

Intel N, U, P or Y Part Numbers indicate low or extremely low power and are NOT recommended for Biofeedback. AMD Processors are NOT recommended for Biofeedback.

 

System Memory (RAM):

• Type DDR4 or higher

• 16 GB or higher

 

 

Graphics (GPU):

• Intel integrated graphics are paired with the processor. Be sure to select the right CPU listed above and the integrated graphics will be adequate as a minimum.

• nVidia RTX Discrete Graphics are also highly recommended. Higher performance computer models will include both Intel and nVidia Graphics.

 

 

Storage:

• Only Solid State drives are recommended (Examples: 2.5” SSD, NVMe, PCIe, M.2)
