Webinar Event Attendance Policy
To ensure a smooth event for all participants, please be punctual. The virtual room will open 10 minutes prior to the scheduled event time and will be locked 5 minutes after the start time, allowing a 15-minute connection window. Late entry will not be permitted for the live session.
A recording of the event will be provided if you cannot attend the live session or if your connection is lost during the event.
Zoom Name Policy
Your Zoom Display Name (the name you show up as in the webinar room) must be your actual name. Both First and Last Name are required. Unrecognizable names will not be admitted into the webinar room.
