Webinar Event Attendance Policy

To ensure a smooth event for all participants, please be punctual. The virtual room will open 10 minutes prior to the scheduled event time and will be locked 5 minutes after the start time, allowing a 15-minute connection window. Late entry will not be permitted for the live session.

 

A recording of the event will be provided if you cannot attend the live session or if your connection is lost during the event.

 

Zoom Name Policy

Your Zoom Display Name (the name you show up as in the webinar room) must be your actual name. Both First and Last Name are required. Unrecognizable names will not be admitted into the webinar room.

SST's training is demonstrated using the most current premium version of the Mandelay Clasp64 9.9.22 software. You are welcome to attend the training even if you are using a different device or version of software. You will need to make adjustments in where you locate certain things based on how it works with the device/software you use. It's entirely your choice. We aren't excluding any device owners, but we want to be clear that the training will be on Mandelay Clasp64 9.9.22 software. To find out what the differences are in the Clasp64 9.9.22 software, log into our website and watch the software videos on our FAQ Page.

Please note that Continuing Education Units (CEUs) will be determined after the live event, which may vary from the estimated duration. One CEU is equivalent to one hour of training, and we round to the nearest quarter hour. To obtain a CEU certificate, you must pass the online quiz available on the recording access page. You will receive an email notification when the recording access page becomes available. You can access the recording through your SST account under "My Programs."

When will the recording be posted?

Each video will be published as soon as possible. Typically the recording gets posted the Monday after each event. You'll receive an email notification as soon as it is ready. 

 

Will I get to take the test/quiz for CEUs right away or will I have to wait until all 8 trainings are complete?

The CEU Quiz will be published at the same time as the video recording along with any printable handouts. You will not need to wait.

 

Will there be tech support?

No, this event does not include any free tech support. You are always welcome to book tech support appointments and pay by the hour or subscribe to our Complete Support and get your tech support free!

 

Will there be an in-person event this year?

No, there will not be an in-person event hosted by SST this year. Mandelay will be hosting their annual in-person event. Watch for their announcements.

 

Can I get a group together and have us all watch together?
Every member of your group will have had to purchase the event individually. This ensures they are a member and have paid for the training. Gathering a group together of non-members or of members who did not pay for the privilege of attending this training would be a violation of the Membership agreement you signed.
