Special Notes for Mandelay Software Biofeedback Device Setup:

You may have us install Mandelay Clasp64 Software if you own a Q9, S8, SCIO, Mandelay Q9, Educator, or Eductor biofeedback device that is registered with Mandelay. With the Mandelay Clasp64 Software, we install the software on your computer before it ships. If your device is not registered with Mandelay, you will need to register your device with Mandelay at their website: https://www.scio-eductor.com/device-assignment

There are no activation fees for the Mandelay Clasp64 Software. Activation instructions are in the My Documents folder of your computer or you can book an appointment and have our tech activate it for you at our regular labor rates.

Our Quantum Computers are custom built so they do take 3-4 weeks to build before they ship. Time starts from the date your order is paid in full.

We can install any previously purchased software you own for a fee of $30 per software install. This is handy for such things as the Quantum Clarity software. For the Quantum Encyclopedia, we can provide you with a copy on a special secure USB Flash Drive for $45. Proof of purchase is required before we are able to install any 3rd party software.

There is no need to transfer your client data from your old computer to your new computer. Current trainers recommend that you enter each client as new for each and every session. If you wish to back up your client data we can do that for you at our regular labor rates via a remote appointment. Client data transfer can only happen BEFORE we ship your computer.
Quantum Computers are capable of running any biofeedback software. However, SST does not install or support any QX World Software for any device.

If this situation applies to you then we will be unable to support you with technical issues and we recommend you do not buy a Quantum Computer. You will want to purchase a different brand computer and get all your technical support from Quantum World Vision (QWV) and QX World (QXW). We do not make any computer brand or model recommendations and we cannot help you pick out a computer. You can use the specifications we use on our Quantum Computers as a guide to finding a computer or contact QWV or QXW for assistance.
