Appointment time is an estimate. Biofeedback software installations/updates, typically 1-2 hours, vary. You will only be billed at the applicable hourly labor rate for time spent. See billing details below. AT LEAST 1 DAY BEFORE APPOINTMENT 1. Choose Your Clasp64 Option: Decide whether you want the Clasp64 Basic or Clasp64 Premium package. If you are a first-time shopper, you will need to create an account. ON APPOINTMENT DAY STEP ONE Connect your computer to the internet. STEP TWO To ensure a smooth appointment, please manually update Windows beforehand, as this can take several hours. Check for updates by going to Start > Settings > Updates and Security > Windows STEP THREE Visit startcontrol.com. A SST Technician will call the number you provided to give you a 9-digit code and further instructions for remote connection. If your computer's language is not English, an SST Technician may temporarily change it to English during the appointment to facilitate navigation, issue identification, and repair. BILLING SST-Secure + Complete Support Subscribers are not charged. All Others: Applicable hourly labor rates apply. Ask your technician about discounted rates. Please have your credit card ready; payment details will be collected before work begins. You will receive the total at the end of the appointment. We accept Visa, Discover, Mastercard, and American Express. All time spent with you or on your system is billable, billed incrementally and rounded up to the nearest quarter-hour.
