Service Description

The time allotted for this appointment is an estimation only. Biofeedback software installations/updates may take a full day or longer depending on your internet speeds. Due to this please book the earliest available time slot. You will be billed the applicable hourly labor rate. See more details below. If your computer's language is set to anything but English, be aware that the SST Technician may change it to English for the duration of the appointment so we can better navigate your computer, identify issues, and fix them. PREPARE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT STEP ONE Connect your computer to the internet. STEP TWO To help your appointment go smoothly and efficiently, manually make sure your Windows is up to date prior to the appointment as it can take several hours to complete. You can manually check your Windows by opening the Start menu, going to Settings, selecting Updates and Security, Windows Updates. For more information, go to this page: STEP THREE Go to and wait for the SST Technician to call you with your 9-digit code and further instructions so we can remotely connect to your computer. Your technician will call you on the phone number you listed when you booked the appointment. SST-Secure + Complete Support Subscribers will not be charged. All Others: You will be billed the applicable hourly labor rates. Ask your technician how you can get our discounted labor rates. Please have your credit card available at the beginning of your appointment. The technician will collect your payment details before the work begins. You will be given your total at the end of the appointment. We accept Visa, Discover, Mastercard, and American Express. Please be aware that all the time our technicians spend with you or on your system is billable. We bill incrementally rounding up to the nearest quarter-hour.
