Shipping Policy

Seriously Smart Technologies strives to ship your order as quickly as possible. Stock orders will be shipped in standard shipping times which are 1-2 working days. However, standard shipping times are not guarantees or promises that a product will ship on a specific day. Our primary carrier is The US Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail.

Free ground shipping offers on our website apply to shipping addresses within mainland USA only.

Domestic USPS (United States Postal Service) Shipping

  • Priority Mail: If the item is in stock your order will usually ship within 2-3 business days. Shipping times for priority mail are not guaranteed. During special sales or high order volume, the time from order placement to shipping date may be up to a week. If you have particular delivery time needs please communicate those with us directly.

  • Out of stock items: If the item you have ordered is out of stock the item will ship when it is received back in stock.


International Shipping
For international shipping, please keep in mind that duties, customs, brokerage fees, and taxes incurred by the destination country will be payable by you the purchaser. Duties, customs, brokerage fees, and taxes are not included in your order. For an estimate of your country's duties, customs, brokerage fees, and taxes contact your local customs agency. All fees are payable by the purchaser directly to the Courier. If the purchaser does not pay the Brokerage Fee, or any other Customs, Duties, Taxes, etc., and the fee(s) gets charged back the Seriously Smart Technologies, we will automatically charge your credit card for those fees plus a $25.00 Fee.

Courier Delays
SST does not guarantee specific delivery days for any shipping method, including expedited shipping. Courier delays due to weather or other circumstances are outside of our control. Shipping fees will not be refunded due to courier delays.

Signature and Physical Address

All computer orders and/or orders over $300 require a signature upon delivery. Please be sure to use a shipping address where you will be available to sign for the package. The delivery driver will make 3 attempts to deliver your package and will leave a note on your door if you are unavailable to receive the package. If the package is returned to us after the 3rd delivery attempt you will be required to pay to have the item reshipped to you or we can cancel and refund your order minus the shipping charges which are not refundable once the package has shipped.

If you would like a signature required on smaller packages or have special instructions please make that request in the comments box during checkout. While we are happy to put notations on your package for the delivery driver, we have no control over whether they can carry out your instructions.

Packages cannot be rerouted once shipped for customer security and logistical reasons.

Lost Packages
Seriously Smart Technologies is not responsible for packages lost during shipping. You will be provided with confirmation of shipment and all tracking details available upon shipment of your order. If your package gets lost or damaged please contact SST and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
