I started working for SST in 2017, and I love what I do. I have a deep understanding of computers and a genuine passion for helping people, which are essential qualities for someone in the support department. My dedication is evident in every interaction I have with our clients, whether it's a support appointment, email, or phone call.
I know that when you contact us, it's often because you're panicked or frustrated. Your equipment being out of order can lead to lost income, lost time for self-care, or both, and I empathize with that. I approach every conversation with patience, compassion, and understanding. My goal is to ensure that when we're done, you feel heard, understood, and cared for. My job is challenging, but the reward of helping you makes it all worthwhile.
