In 2002, I was introduced to a device that profoundly changed my life. It started me down a path that led to the creation of what we now call "SST." Over the years, many "Seriously Smart" things came our way, and when the name "Seriously Smart Technologies" was suggested, it perfectly captured the essence of our products and services—and it keeps getting better every year. We've developed something that helps people cope with the stress we all face, and I'm proud to be leading the charge.

Before that, I had 20 years of unique business experience in the Material Handling industry, working in the Mining, Construction, and Automotive sectors. One thing I learned was that relationships are paramount. That has always been the key component for me, both personally and professionally. Create lasting friendships, and everything else will fall into place. So for the 20+ years I've been working in Stress Management, I've developed friendships all over the world. I feel deeply blessed to work with and be friends with some of the greatest minds in Stress Management and Biofeedback.

In my work, my goal is to create lasting relationships and to help as many people as possible not only recognize the causes of their stress but, more importantly, find ways to manage it and live better lives.

In my personal life, I put spiritual things first, family second, and then comes my love for the outdoors. If I'm not working on a computer, you'll likely find me outside enjoying nature—whether in a kayak, on a boat, biking, or simply walking a trail.
